Santa Claus teams up with the Kimberly Moore Foundation's - Adopt A Letter program in May to Help Br
On May 26, 2013, the real Santa Claus flew all the way to Los Angeles to team up with the Kimberly Moore Foundation’s Adopt A Letter program for a magical day of smiles at the Hope-A-Palooza Larger than Life event. The Kimberly Moore Foundation collected nearly 800 gifts for children treated with cancer. Over 350 children showed up from various LA hospitals to meet Santa himself in person and received plenty of gifts and games to take back with them! Former Miss Universe, actress Joyce Giraud and Queen of the Universe winner Ivette Saucedo joined us to bring smiles and hand out nearly 100 tiaras to little girls struggling with cancer! The event was sponsored by Larger than Life and held at CBS studios!
Many thanks to our sponsors Kazumi Mechling, David Joyner, Paulie Orchon and Kristen Kress for supplying us with loads of toys for our toy drive.
We would also like to thank Rod Olea for sponsoring our Santa and all our dear volunteers who helped in making this a special day!!
A big thank you to Rick Vanderkelijn, Rob Vanderkleijn, Barbara DeVorzon, Santa Mike, Isaac Mathew White, Joyce Giraud, Laimarie Serrano and Ivette Saucedo (Queen of the Universe winner)
